Rachael will set up your decor on the day of and lead communication with all vendors.

Rachael has experience and is available to help with the planning & coordination of any events: Bridal Shower, Bachx/ette/elor Party, & Rehearsal Dinner.

Rachael offers 3 Tiers of Wedding Planning Packages ranging from $500-$2,000.

Some couples enjoy the wedding planning process and have most of the decisions made leading up to their day!

That is where Rachael steps in to act as coordinator to bring all the details to fruition and to lead the vendors smoothly.

Rachael will have an on boarding meeting with you upon booking and an additional planning meeting 30 days prior to the event.

Rachael offers custom “Day Of Coordinator” pricing depending upon the location and needs of the event. Pricing ranges from $700 to $1300 for “DOC”, and optional assistants are available for $250.

Rachael has traveled out of state for Weddings and is willing to do when available.

“Social Media Style” Shooter: Rachael can provide you with photos, videos, clips and other social media content from your day with an iPhone 15 (or your phone!) You will be able to post and edit items from your event immediately! This offers a unique POV to the traditional wedding photography and is great for the social media bride. Having a “social” shooter helps you remain present, in the moment - and off of your phone. Packages range from $300-1000 for 2-7 hours.

Handmade Florals & Decor: Rachael has experience with handmade decor and florals: bouquets, corsages & boutonnières. She can teach you how to create your own, or she can make them for your event. (Custom Pricing)

Calligraphy & Lettering: Rachael can provide lettering services for your paper & mailing items. (Pricing depends on the paper good and quantity.)
